What a shame this mill didn't survive intact - even non-functional, with that wheel it would probably have ended up as a well-known and quite spectacular attraction.

Very surprised no one had a look at it, whilst it was still there.  No mention in the usual book everyone quotes  ;)

The only photograph I can find is taken from an aerial image a few years before demolition
