Many years ago I had to rent a flat from the notorious C O Bills an Estate agent who had an office near Gillingham Train Station. He used to sub let houses to others who would collect the rents and if the rent was not paid, things would not go well. I remember he was once in a Sunday paper living in a large house with staff, work took me to the West Country for 30 years. After returning about 10 years ago I often wonder what happened to him.
So does anyone know what happened to C O Bills
