Okay John, a couple of clues.  West of Sittingbourne.  To the immediate South is a very large post-war council estate that followed a road naming convention that connected it with many other parts of Kent.  And the road adjacent has a very International theme!!!

I went up and down that line on a 1940s map a couple of days ago but couldn't find it. Sittingbourne area?

Apologies Gents,  a couple of days tied up with the Faversham Transport event, where we had our steam engine.  But back now.

Yes that is the main London to Coast Main Line in the photo.   Also the site has been on KHF, it may have been on the old forum.

Well done DTT, it is Truro Court Hotel.

The Bonus point would be for Chylton Lodge (see plan).

The previous Truro Lodge was purchased by the Vye Famiy the day before Auction in 1907.

I remember the whole Site being sold on as a Investment Building Plot, eventually being to expensive to develope. Eventually being de-valued and Homefleet House sheltered housing built.
