Smiler,    If you open your Jpeg photos with Paint there is an option on File to Save as other formats.Save it as one of the Following which are acceptable on the Forum.
doc, gif, jpg, pdf, png then you can upload it as described in previous posts.

I have to make a "Snipping Tool" shot of the Original photo, then it fits the site requirements.

The original photo is too powerful to post.

Good luck smiler

Once you have the photo file in the choose file box just press "Post" at the bottom of page.  Your photo will appear under your post text ,on the appropriate section of the forum .ie. GTP or a subject .

I have never pressed preview, so unknown to me. Anyone else?

Try and post it, you can always backtrack.

Allowed file types “doc, gif, jpg, pdf, png.”

As far as I know (which is not a lot) jpg is simply a shortened description of jpeg.

Try it.

Make a note of where that photo is located, folder and file. Then just below the bottom of the area where you type your post you will find “attachments and other options” in bold. Click on that and select “choose file” then by whichever of the options is simplest, go to the file that you wrote down. You may get a “browse” option in Windows, again just navigate to where the file is, then…

Depending on software either save it, or attach it.

The file name will appear to replace “choose file”, then hit “post” and hopefully job done…
