John Walker...... and not re-rigging at Gravesend.
Although not a very large vessel they did sail very long distances. (clue)

Looks like Whitstable harbour to me?
Is the vessel a Thames sailing barge? Used extensively because of their flat bottoms making them ideal for river freight.
