Mote house is now a modern development of apartments and cottages. Beautifully restored. Maybe it is used there, e.g parking?

I think you are right de Mol. There are a few for sale on that highly used internet auction site, each for a couple of pounds starting. More coincidence it being found in Maidstone and probably no relation to Mote House, Mote Park, Maidstone.
