I am not sure the Colin Penny CDP on the old forum is the same Colin Penney of the website. There were 2 of the same age roughly with different spellings. I have a feeling Colin Penney may well be alive and kicking still. Shown as living in Sheerness not Minster as was CDP.
Does any one know for shore.

Thanks Dave, CDP was a regular on the old forum. I had wondered how he was doing, and was sorry to read your post. RIP CDP.

Thanks Dave, RIP Colin,
I did ask on here back in April when his death was in the paper,if he was the same Colin Penny that had the fantastic web site with all the Sheerness data.

Colin Penny. I don't see his name on the new KHF but he was a regular contributor with "funnies" on the old one. I have just been informed that he died on 4th April this year, aged 91. He lived in Minster & we corresponded for a short while as he was an ex apprentice at Sheerness Dockyard before going to sea. RIP
