Title: Sainsbury's Chatham: High Street and Pentagon + other Kent locations

Sainsbury's have a neat little archive of photographs from their old stores.
Here's a link to the one for the old Chatham store in the Bates/Bentalls/Argos location.

I remember going shopping here with my Mother - as far as I know it was the first shop in Chatham to have automatic doors. As she got on with the shopping I used to hang around near them just to watch the reactions of people as they went to push open the door, only for it to magically open for them!
