The Model World Live exhibition at the NEC last weekend (27/28th April) had the latest incarnation of Pete Waterman and the Railway Nuts Making Tracks layout. It is massive.

They were awarded a Guiness World Record for a portable layout with 694.9metres of useable track!!

YouTube will have many videos, once everyone has had time to edit them. They will range from the mobile phone with dodgy sound (mainly other attendees chatting) to very well presented professional standard camera work.

Although well known for his love of O gauge, his latest offering is called Making Tracks 3. This is an OO gauge model of a section of the West Coast Mainline, including a scale model of Milton Keynes station.

It is HUGE! By that I mean numbers 1&2 were 65ft long and exhibited in Chester Cathedral, this is closer to 150ft.

Plenty of vids on YouTube just Google him, the track, or The Great Electric Train Show, which was held recently.

Has anyone watched the new series on Miniature Railways - he has built over the years - a good selection of trains.  He had Jools Holland up in his loft -
last week - This week its was the Status Quo - player - Frances Rossi - who is starting to build - his own set. Take look - `More 4` Thursday at 9.00pm.
