Title: Quandald Dingle Shrine

On Google maps there is a feature near the village of Eccles labelled "Quandald Dingle Shrine" and marked as a "Place of Worship".  It seems from the satellite view to be nothing but a place in a field.  Does anyone know anything about this?

If you Google  there appear to be many videos of them all over the world. Looks like they are some sort of Urban Myths .
