The old Gray site in the High St. - Demolition of Gray`s building`s will start in 18 months time.
Building time for the site - to be completed in 3 years - after that.

Good site with access to the river.  Do Gray's still own the used car sales next door?

I haven't seen any plans, but based on past experience of council attitudes access to the river will be obstructed as much as possible.
